Why the name on the truck says Eastlake
Handshake rules,

Eastlake was a rail-stop town sitting by its little lake long before Thornton existed, and Thornton eventually grew right around it. We put that name on the truck on purpose. It stands for a certain way of doing business: everybody knows everybody, your word is the contract, and a job is not done until it is done the way you said it would be.
Day to day, that means sweeping, inspecting, repairing and relining chimneys, plus fireplace installs and service, all over Thornton. The housing up here is a mixed bag: postwar ranches with their original brick, split-levels out of the 70s and 80s, and new builds running factory fireboxes. Each kind fails in its own way, and after enough years on these roofs, you learn where each one hides its trouble.
This is also rough country to be a chimney. A Thornton winter freezes and thaws dozens of times over, and the wind that rolls off the Front Range never really quits picking at caps, crowns and mortar. Half this trade is catching that damage while it is still cheap. That is the entire reason we do not charge for the camera look.
