We are a working crew out of Thornton, not a franchise call center, and we hire the way we quote: plainly. When a seat opens on the truck we look for people who show up when they said, tell customers the truth even when it costs a sale, and take actual pride in leaving a job site cleaner than they found it.
The work itself
Chimney work is a real trade, the kind you can be legitimately good at. A week here runs from rooftop camera inspections to sweeps, cap installs, masonry repair and fireplace service, all over Thornton. You will be on roofs in most weather, in living rooms with drop cloths and a vacuum, and face to face with homeowners who deserve straight answers. It is physical, skilled, varied work, and the person doing it is the company as far as that customer is concerned.
Who does well here
- People comfortable on ladders and roofs, or ready to become so properly
- People who would rather explain a problem honestly than upsell it dramatically
- People who treat a customer's house better than their own truck
- Experienced sweeps and masons welcome; so are careful hardworking beginners, because the trade is teachable and the character is not
What you get from us
Training on the trade and the standards it runs on, gear that works, routes that stay inside Thornton rather than sprawling across two states, and a crew where the person answering the phone and the person on the roof hold each other to the same standard. Pay gets discussed like everything else here: straight, in the interview, matched to what you bring.
