How our pricing actually works
- The look is free. Camera up the flue, eyes on the cap, crown and brick, photos of everything worth discussing. You pay nothing for any of it.

What moves a chimney quote up or down
- Condition: a maintained flue costs less to service than one carrying a decade of neglect. Every year of skipped maintenance shows up on camera.
- Access: steep pitches, tall stacks and tricky rooflines add time and rigging.
- Materials: stainless outlasts galvanized, proper crown mix outlasts a mortar smear. We quote the version that does not need redoing.

Do you charge for estimates?
No. The inspection is free, the written quote is free, and neither obligates you to anything.
Is financing or phasing possible on bigger jobs?
Bigger masonry projects can often be staged sensibly across seasons, urgent safety items first. Tell us what budget you are working with and we will sequence the plan honestly.
