- Chat: if you use the site chat, the conversation and any contact details you share in it reach our crew so a real person can follow up.
- Job applications: what you submit on the careers form goes to the people doing the hiring and nowhere else.
- Analytics: when analytics cookies are enabled and you consent, we see anonymous page-level statistics, which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, that sort of thing. It helps us understand what information homeowners actually want.
